For the playplop store, the organization deciding the purposes/means of the processing is UAB Stoverna (no. 307422270), located at Pasvalio r. sav., Vaškų sen., Nairių k., Maučiuvio g. 17-4, LT-39380. Questions or rights requests may be emailed to main@playplop.com. The policy concerns customer, visitor and support-use data and includes GDPR-based rights where applicable.
Information collected
Records can come from the person—account/profile/contact credentials, payment/billing information routed by processors, support messages and transaction/account-balance history—or from use of the service, including device/browser/OS data, IP/access/referrer logs, behavioural/feature data, time-on-page, inferred country/region and cookies.
Purposes
Business purposes are to operate the store, complete digital fulfilment, administer accounts, support customers, send receipts/order notices, send consented promotions, prevent fraud and security incidents, study usage/improve functionality and discharge legal duties. Data is not sold for third-party marketing.
Recipients
Information can be entrusted to payment, email, analytics and support suppliers that are contractually required to protect it. It can also be disclosed under legal authority, for protection of people/rights, or transferred with company assets in a merger/acquisition/sale.
Security
The policy refers to TLS/SSL, secure storage, restricted access/authentication, repeated security checks/updates and employee awareness training. It also states that complete security cannot be guaranteed.
Retention
Storage periods include the lifetime of the account plus a reasonable tail for account data, seven years for transaction/legal-tax records, two years for support correspondence and potentially indefinite retention of anonymized aggregate analytics.
Individual rights
Depending on applicable law, the customer can request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction/objection or consent withdrawal. Requests use main@playplop.com; GDPR requests are intended to receive a response in 30 days. Marketing opt-out remains available through email/account controls.
International handling
The company may process information outside the individual's residence country and says it uses appropriate protections for those international movements.
Children
People under 18 are not the intended users. If the operator becomes aware of child personal information, the stated approach is prompt deletion.
External services
Linked third-party services have independent privacy practices and playplop does not take responsibility for those practices.
Revisions and contact
